I ordered LG *.* Ton Dual Inverter * Star Copper LS-Q**SNYA (R-**) Split AC (Silver Deco Strip)and gifted to my sister. But they provided another model.
W hen visited my sis house after her marriage we found ac model is not what we paid.
We requested tata cliq to chng the model or refund amount or atleast take any action but they denied .
They said after * days of delivery we are not the right person to take ownership.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
