Usheer Fotedar filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Oct 16, 2018
I am extremely disappointed and want to escalate to higher level, please share details your senior so that i can have a detailed call on this ,
First of all the services were worst ,
I am attaching pictures in the email for reference , * hygiene , broken toilet seat and faulty lights in * washroom , broken window pane ,
the biggest problem , lift not functioning ,
I had my parents with me which are aged and they had to walk upto *rd floor as they gave us rooms on *rd floor itself ,
there were lizards in the washroom , room didn't smell good ,
The above were issues with the hotel facilities ,
Now let me elaborate on issues with Oyo customer care, i called up Oyo helpline and they directed me to some guest experience manager ,
I don't remember the name , but that guy seriously an "Idiot" , and i mean the word "Idiot" , not sure how you recruits Idiots as guest managers on your company , the hotel served us water in used mineral water bottles , i asked them they said we server Ro water only ,
Serving water in used Bisleri disposal water bottles is the worst thing and your guest manager was saying "No , sir they are giving you fresh water only",
Also , i asked him that u can shift my Hotel to other Oyo facility as a lot of Oyo rooms are available near by , the guest manager disconnected the phone in between and i called up customer care ;like *-* times, they promised to call me back , it was **am in night and i just calling up Oyo again and again but to no call back from your end,
If you see my history , i have been booking Oyo rooms from past * years,
This was the worst experience i have ever had , with my parents going through so much if problem because of you guys ,
It feels so embarrassed to have a disaster experience like this in front of your parents ,
I would never ever book an Oyo room in future and would share the experience with my friends and family as well and ask them not to book Oyo ever,
I was left with no option at **am at night with my parents , neither did we receive help from Oyo and neither did we had any option to go find any other hotel at that time, my parent walked upto *rd floor and extreme discomfort , and we couldn't even sleep as the mattress , bed sheets were so dirty as seen in the attached pictures , we sat and spend the whole night in pure distress and discomfort , neither did we get any food to eat as the restaurant in the hotel premises isn't available and in your app it shows its there , the money i paid was a total waste.
I would want this to be escalated to Ritesh Agarwal (Ceo) of your company so that he gets to know how your treat your customers ,
If you at Oyo still have some dignity left , i expect a call back from your senior manager and escalated the same to the higher management level
