I have given to clean my cloth on **th nov and due date was ** nov...I went on ** nov and was informed that cloth is not ready and was ask to come on **...by seeing the delay, I went on ** nov and they didn't washed my cloth and return the cloth saying we are over loaded with worrk
If this was the case they should have not taken my cloth on the very first day.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
