Tumble Dry Cleaners - Tumbl dry damaged my clothes

I believed the company a lot initially and used to dry clean in tumble dry bengaluru which is good but in my home town madanapalle, There a tumble dry branch which is useless and they don’t know the process of dry cleaning. they use solution first and they wash with water itseems.. and they did iron my clothes using street iron shop when iron person not available in store on that day. I paid in express price *.* times and told them these are expensive gucci, amiri, loro piana clothes .. dont use water and dont iron more .. just steam iron it and all.. at the end they spoiled my gucci, amiri,loropiana and regulatr stitched pant also. tumbl dry company offered me a ****rs and i should give them my *L worth clothes bought in us when i was working and some gifted. I feel like i can’t return my clothes for that money.. You please ask the team to either buy me same clothes .. i dont mind.. so that i can return or offer a refund without taking my clothes or fix my clothes to original condition. I felt that being an young and dynamic team, team can understand and give me a solution but looks like useless support team and no responses

By giving license to these kind of dealers in madanapalle, without training is unacceptable

I want to take this in public forum , online and before that i wanted to inform you and expecting a resolution if you feel that tumbl dry company did wrong , please do take action and close the store in madanapalle so that it will not affect other people.

I also request to first train people and then give them license.. because tumbldry in bengaluru is very good but here sucks like anything. I hope you understand my problem bro .
