Tumble Dry Cleaners - Loss and Damage of products

I am a customer of your store "Tumble Dry" in Habsiguda. I had given my mother’s saree and blouse for dry cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Initially, for over ** days, no action was taken on the items. When we followed up, we found that the saree had been mishandled and left crumpled in a corner. Only after raising the issue did your staff apologize and share the invoice over WhatsApp, assuring us that delivery would be made within two days.
Now, not only has the saree been misplaced, but the blouse has also been returned in a damaged condition. I have been trying to reach you to discuss the matter, but I have been unable to get in touch.
Please treat this as urgent and get back to me at the earliest. I hope we can resolve this issue amicably before I consider taking further steps.
