Tumble Dry Cleaners - Destroyed a bag

I gave my Charles and Keith tote bag for dry cleaning at kamla nagar tumble dry branch on **th April ****
They completely ruined my bag all the piping was torn the bag lost its shape it had threads coming out
I didnt collect the bag then and asked them to repair it but the just cut the threads and piping and did not do anything else
I visited the store */* times but they didnt make it better
Called the customer care and they also closed my case and did not call back even once after me continuously calling them */** times
After every call they would say the same thing that your case is closed and we will reopen it and u will get a callback in ** hr
After every call they was no call back though
