Parshottam bambhaniya filed complaint against GTPL on Jul 14, 2023
After sending multiple email to gtpl customer care to extend *-* weeks validity which i have lost last month as there was no internet connection for continuous * week and other multiple *-* days for last few month. During this period i have to recharge from my pocket about ****rs for my and my family recharge. I had to struggle without internet.
Despite sending multiple email and call to gtpl customer support since last * weeks.
I always get same reply and response your request has been forward to specific departments to extend the validity.
Your request is under process i get same response from them.
Now it doesn’t take that long to extend my lost validity to be extended.
This show how big lier are they.
I have all proof of email sent to them.
