Bought a Usha water cooler from chroma sector ** gurgaon in march ****. No one come for installation. After * days of installing by self there was smell coming from cooler.and it was informed to chroma and for a month no one comes for service or managing the issue .so finally left the cooler at chroma sector ** store …they didn’t respond back what was the issue n later said ur cooler working fine in July.
I want refund or credit note from chrome…very disappointed by their service
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
