Shuchi Jindal filed complaint against CROMA STORE on Jun 19, 2020
We had purchased the product on **th June ****, Saturday from Croma store, Sohna Road, Gurugram. Croma had delivered the defective product on **th June ****, Monday. The display had *-* black spots on it and we had informed both Croma and Sony team that the product is defective. The pictures are attached along with this compliant. After a rigourous follow up, with Croma team, they had replaced the defective product with defective one. We could see more black spots clearly on the display and Sony service guy confirmed then and there that it is a defective again. We did one round of call with Croma and Sony teams to refund our money and teams had requested to allow them for one more chance. We had agreed, and today on **th June **** again defective Sony Bravia TV was replaced with another defective one. It had the same problem and number of spots were more than the other two pieces. When I enquired with the Croma Store sales team, they had mentioned over the call that they take delivery of products from Sony without checking and deliver the same ones to customers without checking it. This is a pathetic and unapologetic service delivery by Croma and Sony. After all this, we are suffering through a mental and physical torture. The mess created during delivery and return of the defective products by the Croma and Sony service people and we as a family were there to clean and discard the useless plastic, wooden boxes after all the torture.
