Hi,

I raised complaint more than ** within ** days but not received any response. I'm very irritated from your product and your service very bad. I want to get immediate action on this and call back now. Otherwise I'm going to take legal action.

I purchased HITACHI Shizuka *.* Ton * Star Inverter Window AC (Copper Condenser, RAW***HGEOZ*) on **/**/**** from Croma website, Order No : TC************. after installation ac not cooling and i raised complaint multiple times croma and hitachi both but no response to resolve. Hitachi engineer visited after checking they said its manufacturing fault replace by croma. and croma executive come for pickup then said hitachi will be replace after uninstallation. both are blame to each others and no one resolve the issue.

I'm very disappointed from the valuable brand Hitachi and croma provides very bad service.

I request you last time please replace this ac by today otherwise i go to consumer forum to complaint against both of croma and hitachi.

I purchase this ac for use in summers, when i'm not able to use it so why i purchase it.
