CROMA STORE - problem in washing machine purchased from croma store gwalior

I purchsed the IFB fully automatic washing machine from Croma Store Gwalior on Sep *, ****, which they delivered on * pm *th Sept, ****. Next day the engineer came to install the machine, but without checking the body of machine from each side. After * days we noticed * dent on the right side of the machine which is slightly invisible because of the light from that side. we went store to contact the concerning person, Mr. Ashu Bharti, who told us that he will take care of this matter. but even after continous call he just try to avoid the contact and even he didnt inform us that there is a policy of replacement within ** days if machine have any issue. i already logged the online complaint and called the croma toll free number too, but no response till now.
