I had bought a baby car on **.**.**** with order no. ***-*******-******* by paying an amount of Rs.***** which simply a waste of money i.e not worth for the money I had paid. The product is worst and I had requested for return and refund. But nobody bothered at that time. I had kept in the storeroom. Now at least my baby wanted it and took out for a ride but remote is missing
I have been requesting the supplier (baybee galaxy incorpation) for the remote and he is least bothered. Even I have been trying to get it through Amazon. They are also least bothered by copying and pasting the same message in reply that I have to contact the seller as I have contacted the seller many times through WhatsApp (see pic).
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
