Indranil Das filed complaint against Myntra on May 14, 2019
I have experienced the worst kind of service from Myntra website. The delivery boy was extremely rude. Every time the delivery date comes this guy told me this is not his region to deliver my product and Myntra send that delivery boy again and again. This is kind of harassment which a customer facing again and again. Every time I got the message about the delivery that did not happen. I wait for the delivery till *.** p.m. but that delivery boy did not come. Today I am totally devastated by this situation. This is the *rd time they are doing this with me. I have already called customer executive of Myntra * times and every time they assured me by saying they have lodged a complain and ended up by doing the same kind of thing. My orders were about two shoes and the order date was *.**.****. They gave me * delivery dates when they will deliver my product. So I was totally okay with that. But on **th May that was the last date for the delivery of one of the shoes I had ordered. That day already has gone. They text me with a show called disappointment message which I did not know what to do with. Then they have not responded about any email or messages regarding that one shoe. Now talking about the other shoe which was told to deliver on **th May **** that even again the worst kind of service they provide that time. They simply send that guy again who is totally refusing to deliver any of my product on my location. Now stand on my place and think what should a customer do at this position. I have already paid ****/- rupees and now they got the payment and not giving the value of customers satisfaction. I have literally fed up with this situation and I have no option now. Please help me. I have attached my order details and kindly look upon on this situation and help me to get rid of this hectic situation.
