I have taken a new broadband connection on ** August **** of ** Mbps. From the day of installation the internet is not working properly. Also there is frequent disconnection. In this plan the downloading speed i got is of *.* - * Mbps. Also the uploading speed is from *.* - *.* Mbps.
Also i want to upgrade my plan to ** Mbps. But the technical staff is not picking up the call, also rejecting the call.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
