Tikona Infinet Private Limited TIPL - refund and discontinue the service

I taken a tikona broadband connection but after using this i realise its not full fill
my condition

after more and more time i called him but they didn't correct the connection after *
month use i called him and told him to discontinue the service but they didn't do
as i said after *-* months they sent me the bill and tell me pay the bill otherwise i
will sent you the notice. and they are thereting me after that i paid the hole bill
even i am not using and told him to discontinue my account and sent me the
confirmation email but now they are not giving the response

i want to discontinue the service and refund my money
