Rakhi Yadav filed complaint against Tikona Infinet Private Limited TIPL on Apr 11, 2022
I have raised disconnection request for user id ********** on *th April ****. I have not received single response from Tikona regarding Disconnection.
Complaint Number Raised: *- **********
They are just sending text sms "We are unable to reach you on phone" . I have received all the calls, still they are lying to avoid disconnection.
Tikona is not accepting the disconnection request even though the bills are already cleared till **th April ****. They are just dillydallying around the issue and is trying to retain me . I am relocating to a different city where there services aren't available. They are not disconnecting the broadband connection. I have raised the same issue more than ** times and haven't received any update on Disconnection request. I am ready to surrender the device to their office as well, however they are not letting me do that. I have raised grievance to their management team as well. Didn't receive any response till now.
