We were using tikona for almost a year and from Feb **** we are not using because we tried so many times to connect with the provided wifi person and not getting response from him. And there was no letter or call or any type of communication from tikona regarding bill receipt. And in last week on ** or ** July we received court letter from them stating that we have neglected to pay **** them and failed to return the modem along with accessories and the pay is ****. And now we are trying to connect to customer care but the number is not working.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
