We booked an OyO room in Hotel Flic Flac ,Lajpat Nagar,Delhi on **th june,****.The first day services were satisfactory so we extended the booking for next day.Next day when we came back to our hotel at night there was no water in the washroom.We called the reception atleast ten times that there is no water supply but all out efforts in vain.They kept saying that the water will come in **-** mins.We went to washroom and toilets using mineral water from bisleri bottles.Next day in the morning my mom went to the washroom to move her bowels.The water supply was there for some time but after that the water supply stopped.We called the reception atleast twenty times complaining that someone is sitting on the camode for half an hour and there is no water supply.Firstly the receptionist told that the water supply will start in maximum ** minutes then after constantly calling and poking him he told that we will send someone with a bucket of water in * mins.Fifteen minutes passed and the man did not turn up.My dad then went to the reception and told him to send water.Then the receptionist finally sent man with a bucket of water to our room.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
