There website is not working since *days hence I couldn’t do web check in I was panic at the airport because kisosk refused to help there was a huge line there at the airport, finally I got the my web check in done at around *:**am, I rushed to the security check in this whole nonsense I missed check in my luggage, when I was about to board the bus they asked me to pay extra for my luggage, they charged me ****, they didn’t allow me to share my bags with another passenger, I had to pay ****, this robbery, this airline should be ban. The way they are taking advantage of passengers it’s very unprofessional.
