The courier service asking me to arrange two peoples to lift the washing machine which is to be placed in my first floar house. And that too telling when he was near to my house.
As raised the complain in Amazon, they registered my complaint but they offered delivery in ** to ** hours,
Who is responsible for this delay,
Previously it was scheduled delivery, (*th jan**)
Actually I was waiting very much for my machine, when it was at near my delivery location * day before the delivery date, I called to customer care for early delivery, but they said it's not possible before delivery date..* January **
Now with complaint it is late by **-** hr
Who is responsible, I am very much angree, thinking of filing case in consumer court
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
