I renewed my account after * years and requested them to give the connection to my new address(Hyderabad, Uppal). They took * days to get it done. But while giving the connection the cable guys has not done proper wiring. From their set-up box to my home they provided a cable which is as low as to ground. All the vehicles are passing in that road are facing issue with that cable. For the same i raised a ticket on Feb-*st, **** and requested them to fix it as soon as possible. But after waiting * days, more than ** calls to customer care(each waiting time is more than ** mins some of them are disconnected in front of customer with an argument) no proper response got from them. Today(*th-Feb,****) i escalated it and finally got the call from the Service guy and he's asking me to share the Delight code(which customer gets after issue fix) without fixing the issue(to close the ticket.) and I told him like, I'll not share any delight code without fixing the issue. And then he warns me as "Don't call me until you issue get's done". Really bad experience from Hathway Broadband
