Please help me, in this lock down situation all working people are advised to do work from home since **th March ****. I have shifted from Temple alwal to old alwal just a lane difference and before lock down i had applied for transfer of my Hathway broadband and called number of ti,es to the customer service and also went physically to the nearest office . But nobody bothered to get the connection done and now giving a reason of lock down, and sometimes very rude , They cannot give new connection or relocate and neither can entertain transfer cases. I'm a single person who work in my family and feed them. My brother left me and went to my relatives house to stay as there is no TV and internet connection. On checking with the Hathway cable connection, they also denied giving the reason of lock down. Now i am working with mobile hotspot and my conference call does not give a good signal.. because of this people i may loose my job. Internet service provider falls into essential services and its their duty to answer customers calls. I have begged in for them to get my net connection UP….Its not about money, its about securing my job as without internet am unable to work from my laptop sitting at home
This Is The Second Time Hathway ISP Is Disappointing Us. Previously Happened The Same , We Had To Contact And Make Rounds To Their Office To Beg Their Service, Installation Was Done After ** Days And Activation Is Not Yet Done . The Customer Care People Or People Who Call Us For Renewal , are Really Selfish Money Minded . Once The Renewal Is Done They Block My Number And The Customer Service , They Cut The Call On Face And Very Rude Behaviour . When We Approach Them Treat Us Like A Dog Or Something . Previously I Used To Trust Hathway But I'm Very Much Frustrated With Their Service. As In The Recent Events Where We Have Work From Home , our job got into trouble and I had to lose my salary for ** days.
