Improper customer service by hathway broadband services. When a raise a complaint they simply close the complaint without fixing the internet service. I do online gaming , for that win need an internet connectionn with the lowest possible latency connection. With hathway this is not the case , there is a huge amount of latency and packet loss accompanied with low internet speeds than promised on the plan.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
