Wifi installation has been for us by Hathway ** days back since * days it is not working. So we spoken to customer care to resolve but they are not resolving the issue. We are asking to disconnect the wifi and refund but they are not doing it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

I have disconnected my Hathway broadband in Hyderabad. Even * months later, I'm still getting innumerable calls every single day to renew my account, to take a new connection. I'm fed up and cannot take it anymore.
