I have Purchased the L Shape Sofa on Jan **** in Hyderabad Nagaram Royal oak Show room .
At present it is not Working fine . The seating Cushions are going down day by day from the date of purchase after * Months Both Side Hand rest Side Gap Came . I am unable to Complaint the same due to Covid Situations .
Requesting you provide the Service of my L Shape Sofa ASAP . I am Eagerly Waiting for your Prompt Response .

Dear Team,
Please find the below trail mail , I have Send the mail to Customer care on **th Dec **** , I got the mail from Customer care with Complaint ID (*****) on the same Day
After that I got a call from one of the Executive Mr Jagadish and he told to me that the technical engineer was not there he will be visiting on *th Jan **** . I Called so many times till now no body responded . Really such a bad experience I never face this time of problem from any Customer Services. .
Royal oak Mahammad Rasool and His Contact Number **********, I Spoke one of the manger and his Number ********** / ********** I called So many times to these persons Not a single person bother to call back again to me ..
Team this is not fair .This is way to treat the customer . It’s a very Pathetic Service from royal oak
I have logged the call with in a warranty period as per the below trail mail , But almost * months Complete . No Service person neither Visited/Call to me .
Requesting you to provide me the service in In warranty Only AEAP.
If No One is responding my mail within * days I will raise the complaint against on Royal oak Furniture . And Will be sending mails to higher Official’s .
In case anyone is visiting my place for repair the sofa , Requesting you to Send me the Sofa Covers for the same I will pay for the same .
I am eagerly waiting for your Quick and prompt response ..

Requesting you to read my below Trail Mail Properly and give the Solution against my issue mentioned below.
I Hope you guys does not understand are ignore what customer is trying to say,
Read the mail properly, I clearly mentioned that I had registered a complaint on **th Dec with complaint ID ***** (Well within Warranty)
The next day I got a call from your team and was confirmed that a technician is assigned to resolve my issue and shared his contact number,
When I called the technician he replied that he was tested positive for Covid and was sick, hence he cannot visit my home to fix the issue,
Since then I am trying to reach you guys but there was no response from you, Now you come and say its paid service ???????
• Why the hell my issue was not addressed when it was under warranty ????
• Is it my problem that your technician fell ill and could not attend my complaint ????
• Why no one responded to me for these many days ???
• Why none of them checked what is the status of my complaint ID **** which was registered under warranty??????
Complaint ID **** For reference Please find the attached Mails .
This is absolute negligence and will not accept the way you support customers,
So look into my complaint ID **** and resolve my issue @ earliest
NOTE : I was very upset with the conversation had with Jagadish(Mob: **********) was very rude and arrogant, very unprofessional.

I will ensure to raise complaint in consumer forum in case I don’t get any response,
I got a Call from this Number ********** on **th May **** , And he confirmed that he will give Update with in next ** Hours but almost * Days Completed No Response from him also.
Once again Requesting each and every one in the mail . Need Support from you people to resolve my issue ..
I am Fallowing up with your team from last * Months ( Dec **th **** to Till Date ( May **th ****)). Minimum curtsey is not there for any one in Royal oak Family …….
