I booked cab services from Goibibo for Jaipur for **th April ****. I booked Cab on **th and they scheduled the cab and mailed me that cab will arrive at your address at **:** am. But no cab came. I called customer care they said that they will send their cab within *\* hrs but no cab came and got the call regarding that you should check for another alternative. I have to attend a meeting at * pm I missed that meeting and marriage party due to that. Please make some guidance for such company who are providing the cab services. I would like to charge them for it as they are guilty and did not provide the services as promised.
