I purchased a product [Seagate Barracuda SSD *TB Internal Solid State drive *.* inch SATA] from amazon whose ordered date :**/**/**** and order number :***-*******-******* and total amount : ***** which i paid online.
I had been received this product since **/**/**** . When I opened the product then I found that the product which i ordered was not in the parsel and a power cable was in the parsel . I complained in amazon helpline but they told that the product [Seagate Barracuda SSD *TB Internal Solid State drive *.* inch SATA ] which we send was exactly that product and said that they will not refund the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
