I have been Vodafone customer since long my name is Manoj Shah. My mobile number is **********. Last month on *th Aug -**th Aug **** when travelled to china i took Vodafone *** per day pack in which I was told that I will get *G and *G Data roaming in china but I got only *G throughout the trip because of which I have faced many issues as I couldn’t use app like translate and maps which is very necessary in county like China where language is an issue. In the middle of the trip when I complained from there they told me to re insert the sim or to change the hand set, after *-* reminders they mailed me that Vodafone has only *g service in china to which I dint have any other option but to contuie using Vodafone. My complain reference number ********* In reply to my complained mail they have mentioned that they have only *G services available in China. Till date if you call and ask Vodafone customer care for the same china package they tell you will get *G/*G service. I want full **** Rs amount refunded in my account as Vodafone gave me wrong information. I have attached the recording of before and after my trip.
