I would like to lodge a formal complaint with you regarding the problem I am experiencing with my vehicle bought(May-****) and would request your intervention to correct these problems immediately.

After ** days, I started having trouble with the clutches and experienced rubber odor while driving the car and complained the same to service center(enclosed the proof for the same), but have been told that this is not an issue, new car will take time to settle the drive and closed the complaints.

On month of Oct, suddenly car stopped moving in the middle of the heavily traffic road, I called on Road Service and complained the same, after * hours car taken to the service center for repair. After * days got call from service center and been told that vehicle has some clutch issues and need to pay **k+GST for repair the same as this won't cover under warranty. I ignored and have registered complaint as this is new car and should not have such issue within this short period. Later CRM (Rita) called and confirmed that they can repair this issue without payment for this time alone.

Took more than ** days to repair the car due to which I had a depression and still I am afraid to take this car for long distance travel considering this experience. Hence Request you to intervene and assist to replace my car immediately as No one could assure that this problem won't occur again.
