Wooden Street - WoodenStreet delivery damaged product

I ordered a sofa cum bed on Nov **-****, it was delivered on *-Jan-****. Normal delivery times is *-* weeks, but it long because,they could not find the correct mobile number to reach out, to inform the upcoming delivery.
After complaint, a carpenter came and assembled the product, post assembly I wanted to inspect for any damages. Found * issues - one particle board arrived damaged, and the damaged part was fixed using a visibly patchy job, second - the carpenter drilled through one of the particle boards.
Raised a complaint on WS website, after waiting for about *-* days, I realized no one responds, and their CS is BS.
