Wooden Street - Package not delivered 0 updates

Placed an order for * table lamps on Sept **, ****. Not updates received so far. Customer success cannot be contacted as the contact no. on the website is invalid. In the chat helpline, they keep lying to you that the order will be packed soon. It has been close to * weeks. I checked the reviews online later and saw that a lot of people have fallen prey to the same site. They have no refund/cancellation policy. No COD option.
