Wooden Street - Defective Wooden Furniture Not Rectified
U Saranya filed complaint against Wooden Street on Aug 29, 2022
Wooden cot making noise while lying on the bed. Even small movents creates noise and we could not sleep on the cot. Complaint raised several times right from delivery on July ****. Even visited their store at Velachery in Chennai and raised the complaint. Three times carpenter came and issue not resolved. In June **** they agreed to replace the mdf board that hold the mattress but has not been delivered till today. Wooden street refuse to neither resolve the noise issue not refund the amount.
