Nature of Complaint – Product received but was worn out. There are scratches and holes on the table all over. Put it in the terms of the executive who visited home after receiving our complaint said, “You have received a rejected and non-quality checked product from Wooden Street”. Highlights of the Complaint made to Wooden Street. After repeated calls, emails exchanging, and requesting for replacement of the ‘product’, the Company (‘Wooden Street) has very blatantly ignored the customer frustrations and hard earned cash going down in the drain of the faulty product. Closed the complaint on ** January **** (email image attached below). Having no recourse to where to complaint and exhausting all the options we are aggrieved and look for the immediate response.
