This is regarding my refund for Order ID **** from Wooden street Furnitures Pvt. Ltd, placed on March, ****. The product delivered was defective, and though I raised a return request, Wooden Street initially denied it and created a remanufacturing request without my consent. After escalation, the return was finally accepted, but instead of refunding to my original payment method, the amount was credited to the Wooden Street wallet against my will.
Despite several follow-ups and assurances, I was neither able to use the wallet to purchase the desired product due to availability issues nor was I allowed to use the wallet amount partially with additional payment. Over the last * months, my money has remained stuck in the Wooden Street wallet with no resolution and no interest. Their customer support has been extremely poor, with delayed responses and vague commitments. I have repeatedly requested a refund to my source account, but the team has continued to delay or avoid taking action.
After this frustrating experience and reviewing numerous similar complaints from other customers online, I have completely lost trust in Wooden Street. I do not wish to purchase anything further from the platform. I am no longer willing to deal with misleading communication, poor post-sales service, and restrictive refund policies.
My only request now is: Refund my full wallet balance back to my original payment method immediately.
