Hello My name is Akash Mittal. I had ordered an adapter from lenovo official site on **th March **** which got delivered around **th or **th March ****. By mistake I had ordered a wrong model adapter which wasn't compatible with my laptop and to replace it with a different model compatible with my laptop I immediately contacted the customer support on the date of delivery and since then they are handing me a number every time saying its not our department and when I call on the given number they hand me a different number or say we can't help with this replacement. They made me go to a local service centre saying that thry will replace the product but to no avail. Its happening since the past * days. Its totally unprofessional from such a company my work and everythng has benn halted as I am unable to use my laptop
