**th September ****- my lenovo laptop stopped charging
**th September ****- I connected with Lenovo premium care and they mentioned battery replacement is required after taking remote access to my laptop. I asked them how can a hardware issue be diagnosed through remote access but they insisted on battery replacement. I took the laptop to authorised service centre and they also insisted on battery replacement
**th September ****- I placed order for new battery.
**st September ****- lenovo asked me to cancel order and place a new order due to glitch in their system. Mentioned that I will receive the refund for *st order in *-** days. But they gave refund after * */* months after multiple calls, e,
Mails and consumer complaint.
**th September ****- I received battery of *nd order placed.
*st October ****- Even after replacing the battery laptop was still not charging. I informed Lenovo premium care regarding the same.
**st October ****- After multiple calls and emails they sent engineer with a new motherboard. I insisted the engineer to install my old battery. The laptop started charging. It was never a battery issue but motherboard issue. Under premium care warranty on site support is to be provided under **hrs. But they sent engineer after * weeks that to after filing consumer complaint.
**st October ****- I informed Lenovo premium care regarding the same but they refused to take the battery they made me to purchase. After filing a consumer complaint they agreed to take the battery and issue refund.
**th November ****- They issued refund only for the *st battery order.
**th Feb ****- after sending them a legal notice Lenovo legal department said they will refund only for *nd battery battery. They will not pay any compensation, litigation charges and will not provide any written apology
