Shakambari Enterprises India Private Limited filed complaint against Lenovo India Pvt Ltd on Apr 29, 2024
We have purchase a laptop recently through Lenovo online purchase portal and a PRO ID which was created by team member of Lenovo only. After completion of the said purchase when we downloaded the invoice, we found that our company GST number was not showing. As per lenovo team it was our mistake that we have not gave GST information in the required place. We have requested the team to do the needful to rectify the same and provide us GST Invoice but they are saying they can't provide us the same since we have not provided the information during our purchase.
We have registered as company and created a PRO ID on Lenovo portal where GST number was mandatory. The purchase process was done along with one of their employee who guided us how to do it. Now when we are requesting them, they are simply denying to provide.
My question is can't I get a GST invoice when I have paid the GST amount? If there was any error they need to rectify it as it was a corporate purchase not personal purchase.
Please look into this issue and advise.
