Lenovo India Pvt Ltd - Harassment for Warranty Claim

I would like to formally report to you the harassment i have faced on the above mentioned ticket for your records and legal action.

*. Monitor was purchased on **-**-**** from amazon.com (Serial U*B*T*VZ)

*. Seller was Appario Retail Private Ltd who is appointed by you as your authorised reseller/retailer

*. Monitor stopped working on **-**-****

*. The ticket was raised on **-**-****

*. Your agent had a call with me and made me install a app to see the monitor not working, light glowing, connections and also saw that it was showing vertical lines.

*. After the call I emailed the photos of the monitor, serial number label photo and purchase documents.

*. Lenovo never come back to me and after few days i called and they wanted the invoice with serial number. Which Amazon did not provide. Which is fault of your authorised dealer.

*. It must be noted that as per your own warranty check website https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/in/en/warrantylookup#/ it was covered under * year warranty.

*. Manufacturing date was October ****. So I do not understand why you need to even insist on invoice in such case. As you have to stand by your warranty of * years.

**. As per your terms and conditions of warranty on your website https://support.lenovo.com/in/en/solutions/ht******-product-warranty-and-other-agreements there is is requirement of having an invoice for purchase of the monitor. But nowhere does it mention that it should have a valid serial number. If that is a serious requirement, you must put it in the agreement and penalise your resellers who dont comply.

**. I had a chat with you agent again on whatsapp and they said i have to contact amazon for invoice

**. So yesterday i sent the revised invoice and chatted with your agent.

**. He made me go thru the entire monitor test all over again. and spent two hours of my time. Asking me to connect with multiple laptops and even connect laptop to another working monitor. This is harrasment for a ticket that has nothing else pending.

**. When i patiently sent all the photos and all ... He asked me for a photo of the Carton BOX.

AND THATS WHEN I LOST IT. IS THIS IN YOUR PROCESS TO ASK FOR CONNECTING TO MULTIPLE MONITORS, MULTIPLE LAPTOPS AND ASK FOR CARTON BOX PHOTO ? ... OR ARE YOU INTENTATIONALLY HARASSING THE CUSTOMER TO PROFIT FROM NOT PROVIDING WARRANTY ?
