Jaya Chandra filed complaint against Paytm on Aug 13, 2021
Hi, this is Jaya Chandra.I had **** rs change in my Paytm Payments Bank account and then Yesterday i.e., **th Aug **** around * PM, i got two messages; the first one saying "**** rs had been withdrawn from my Paytm account at some ATM in Karnataka using debit card" and then the second message saying "*** rs had been withdrawn from my Paytm account at some ATM in Karnataka using debit card" while the Debit card actually with me and i am in Hyderabad. The money has been stolen by some fraud, i have tried contacting the customer support at Paytm mutiple times but they say that the transaction seems genuine. Some fraud has stolen my money the company isn't doing anything about it. It would be nice if you people can look into this issue, get my issue solved and get my money back.
