I have a Broadband connection, the connectivity shows ok in the router, but from router no wifi icon or signal is showing in mobiles or laptop. I have lodged several complains at call centre but shockingly the complains are closed by GTPL stating resolved, even though the solution is not provided.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
