My Airtel Wi-Fi shifting was scheduled on **.**.****. I got a confirmation call on **.**.**** by Airtel team. I even got a confirmation text at **:** PM on **.**.****. To be available I took half day's leave from my office. But it rained around *:** PM to *:** PM on **.**.****. Therefore they rescheduled my shifting without consulting me and without informing me. I received this text at **:** PM. My leave got wasted. I tried to reach out to customer care multiple time but to no avail. They said they are sorry for the inconvenience and would put a note about my issue. Now I'm getting new excuse that my area is not feasible for Wi-Fi shifting. The immediate previous tenant was using the same network and there are other building mates using airtel broadband in the same connection. I have been very much troubled talking and mailing here and there for resolution. Wi-Fi is very much necessary for me as my * years old stay alone at home and if any need arises I can access my camera from office only if Wi-Fi is available. Being stuck in same issue for last * days have exhausted me. Please help me refund my money so that I may be able to shift on different network.
