I have been following up with Airtel team for changing name of coordinator of our company & also on *rd Apr we have submitted this letter to change Coordinator Name and also made the payment of Rs *** on *rd Apr as monthly charges for activating the Wifi connection ( we want to change plan to monthly ) . Email ID and phone number of new coordinator already mentioned in the letter but their team is not answering or calling back although they keep commiting that call will come. They keep sending automated messages & even wrote to the appellate authority who also has done nothing to solve the issue. Finally I have asked them to reverse the payment of Rs *** which I have made from my personal credit card and deactivate the WIFI but still no response from them
