Query regarding wireless internet. It is not responding. The post-payment of ** hrs, Lan connection issue gets fixed with the help of customer support. But wireless access still not resolved as confirmed will be fixed by EOD **th April **** again by ** April ****.
Kindly help to get it raised to consumer forum for loss of customer time as well follow up on a simple issue for ** hrs.
