Hello Team,
I have booked * tickets from make my trip website for my Bali trip on December * **** (around **:** AM). There was Citi bank offer on this ticket and i used my Citi card to buy the first ticket as there is no option to buy multiple tickets at a time on this website.
I got first ticket ***** with *.*k cask back. When I tried to buy second tickets from same website then I got an error saying that No ticket is available for this flight. I communicated with Make my trip customer case and asked them to cancel my ticket as ticket is not available. They told me that ticket is available, but higher price.
As cancellation charges are too high (Around **k) so i don't have other option so i bought second ticket ***** with no cash back offer.
After **-** mins, when I checked MAke my trip website then I noticed that same flight is there with available tickets and ticket price is ** Thousand.
Due to Make my trip's unprofessional, unacceptable and Miss guided customer care and their website scam, "I loss my **-** thousand rupees."
Could you please look into this and resolve my issue?
