The worst site i have seen till yet.
We booked room at **** and at the check-in time we have told to pay extra *** for booking . When we asked the reason they told the agoda site has displayed wrong price. We didn't got complementary breakfast as well as there was mentioned in invoice but the hotel refused that aslo.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
