EUREKA FORBES LIMITED - Water Softener not installed by Eureka Forbes Since January Request for Full Refund

I purchased a water softener from Eureka Forbes on **st December ****, which was delivered on **th January ****. At the time of purchase, I was promised installation within a week.
However, despite repeated follow-ups and emails I sent on **th March, **th April and **rd April, no technician has visited my premises for installation. I received *–* calls after my complaint with further promises, but even by **th May ****, nothing has been done.
This delay is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of professionalism. I have waited over four months, and the product remains unused in the condition it was delivered.
I now request an immediate pickup of the product and full refund. If not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue legal action through the consumer court.
I seek a full refund of the product cost along with ₹**,*** as compensation for mental harassment, repeated delays, and lack of response, and ₹*,*** towards legal expenses incurred
