Pearson Vue - Was not allowed to sit in the exam at the last second

I had booked an exam through Pearson and the exam was PTE academic exam and I really had high hopes from this exam as I had travelled almost **** kms for this exam and my exam centre was in Noida Pearson office s.b towers sector ** A, the exam date was **/**/**** and my timing for the exam was *:** pm, so when I reached the exam centre, I was asked to show valid ID which I showed that was my passport, the details on my passport are as Sheikh sharik sultan but I had registered with sharik sultan, I agree there is a mistake but you tell me when there are only two name columns available at the time of registration so what should I have written in those columns, I prefered my real name and my parentage, because Sheikh is my cast. So seeing that, I was told that you can't sit in the exam, I tried to show them that there must be other ways to correct this but this is not a way to tell that you can't sit in the exam, then I was given some paper with my name shadik Sultan and complaint number. I don't know why Pearson is taking hard earned money and at the last moment, don't allow to sit in the exam. I want either my exam rescheduled on the same fee or half of my fee amount refunded because I will not rebook the test and give another ***** without any reason. My case number is ********. It is strange they have told me that you can't sit in the exam when they themselves write my name as sharik sultan. Kindly look into this matter.
