Jeeves And Flipkart - Warranty service not provided

I purchased a washing machine (MarQ brand) through
Flipkart with an extended complete protection plan (warranty)
from Jeeves. I am currently facing an issue with the product
and registered a warranty claim on July * ****, after * days a
technician visited and stated they need to replace a few parts
which will take up to * days. Since then they have not provided
support or repaired the product. Whenever I contacted them
they said to wait for * more days and it went on. I contacted
Flipkart as they are the platform who sold the product and the
parent company of both the products but they also did not
provide proper support and the issue is still not resolved. As I
am out of options now, I like to move forward with a consumer complaint. Please provide required assistance.
