Jeeves And Flipkart - Unusual delay in warranty claim process for mobile device

My Samsung S** mobile is under extended warranty by jeeves which was bought through Flipkart. My claim for warranty got approved and my device was picked up on **/**/** by Bluedart which was supposed to be delivered to the service center for repair till **/**/** but till date the device has not reached to the service centre and the status of the delivery package is not getting updated. It is **/**/** today and the package is still in transit . I think my mobile device has got lost somewhere and I contacted the Jeeves customer care many times but they are not doing anything. They are saying just to wait. I am suffering so badly as my mobile device is my lifeline for my routine works and they have snatched my device from me in name of claiming warranty and now the package is lost!!
I am totally frustrated by Jeeves process. I think they are just making fool of the consumers. I want my mobile device back in working condition or a full refund of the device
