I purchased a Colorful Evol p** laptop from flipkart on ** March **** , it had a * year warranty on the laptop except on battery, on **th March **** it's screen began ghosting and had horizontal lines so I contacted the company and they said it's warranty is handled by F* and jeeves in India I contacted them they said in * days a technician will visit, this happened on ** March **** , it has been * days and yet no technician has came and they are just claiming we are escalating whenever I call, I asked a senior to call back me I still received no call back moreover they have changed my case id too from JCKT************* to JPAT*************
It is ridiculous that they are taking this long and changing things when the as they said service center is within * km from me
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
